30 million UAH will be allocated from the Kharkiv budget 2016 for the housing programme implementation as the Head of the Department of Economics and Municipal Property of Kharkiv City Council, Mikhail Fateev, stated at the meeting of the standing committee on housing and utilities.
He recalled that in addition to the extension of the traditional lending program, “70% to 30%” (compensation of 30% of the housing cost), now employees of Kharkiv budgetary institutions, the ATO combatants, and employees of enterprises of all forms of property could receive easy-term loans for housing purchase.
According to Mikhail Fateev, 5 million hryvnias was allocated for “70% to 30%” programme from the city budget. The same amount was intended for the lending program for the ATO participants as well as for employees of budgetary institutions. 10 millions was meant for employees of enterprises, and, in addition, 5 million UAH was allocated to the program of concessional lending for young people.
