Rainin allocated 35 million UAH for the Kharkiv Philharmonic Hall

The Capital Construction Department of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (KRSA) signed an agreement amounting to 34.58 million UAH with a building company “Trest Zhilstroy-1” on purchase of equipment for the Organ Hall of the Kharkiv Philharmonic, according to the “Journal of Public Procurement” report.

The Chairman of the KRSA, Igor Rainin, expects to install sound, lighting, power equipment, computerization, fire-alarm system, ventilation, and furniture. According to the media, the total cost of the new equipment is estimated at 251 million UAH.

For the amount allocated for the Organ Hall only, it is possible to build a multi-storey building of 40 three-bedroom apartments.

Looking back, the reconstruction of the Kharkiv Philharmonic began in 2006 and its estimated reconstruction budget has already been adjusted several times.
