On October 29, the first stage of the educational contest “Aviator-2016” was held. “Aviator-2016” is a unique competition for Ukraine. The event is the only educational rivalry for future designers and engineers in our country.
The project is very popular among students, as 3213 applications from 9 educational institutions of Ukraine were submitted this year. The contest is organized by the Boris Kolesnikov fund for the fifth time.
“In the light of the unprecedented competition scale, we are confident that gradually it will involve all the Ukrainian technical colleges and universities with aviation technical specialty,” said the Director of the Foundation Sophia Mudryk.
Students were tested on technical disciplines. Participants of the contest had 1.5 hours to solve 12 tasks developed by the competition expert council on the theoretical mechanics, hydraulics, thermodynamics, physics, electrical engineering and mathematics.
Recall that the participants of the “Aviator-2016” compete to be in the 100 winners of the project and go to London to get acquainted with the advanced technologies of the global aviation industry, along with visiting the leading companies.
