The Ekvator summer celebration will be held this Saturday, July 18, at Gorky Park. Festival is dedicated to the middle of hot summer. The motto of the day – “Nobody will be left dry!” – will be implemented literally as promised by organizers. On the main avenue and the Medieval area will be held massive games, contests and shows, related to water and pouring.
The main event of the Ekvator summer is the big water fight which will be held at 18:00 on the Medieval square. All the guests can participate with their own water pistols, pumps or buckets.
Every two hours all day long on the main alley a watering machine will pass, spraying water on people.
At the Ekvator the guests of the park are invited to compete in throwing balls, water darts, catching fruit in the swimming pool, water limbo, first held water pump tournament and other competitions.
At 20.00 the foam show will start. Organizers announced that they have spent over half a tonne of foam for the show. The celebration will end up with a disco at the main square.
