January 29, Kharkiv Mayor Gennady Kernes has agreed with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India in Ukraine Manoj Kumar Bharti on establishing business contacts and cultural exchange at the business meeting in Kharkiv. Indian city of Pune can become a sister city of Kharkiv. This was announced by the press service of the City Council.

“Kharkiv is actively seeking for foreign partners, and relations with India have huge potential in the field of investment, education and culture,” said Gennady Kernes during the meeting.
