Kharkivens can claim about corruption and officials online

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) provided the citizens for an opportunity to declare the crime of corruption online, was reported on its website.

To submit an application on-line, you must fill a special form with a possibility to attach audio, video and photo proves up to 2 MB.

The Bureau emphasized that in accordance with Article 19 of the Law On the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the anonymous statements and reports of criminal offenses are considered in case if the information relates to a particular person, contains actual data and can be verified.

The information will be included in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations no later than within 24 hours since its receipt. Then investigators of NABU will check the information.

If the pre-trial investigation collects enough evidences proving circumstances of the criminal offense, the suspect is informed on suspicion and the corresponding act is sent to the court.

  • To complain about job of the NABU’s staff
  • To apply to the Human Resources department
  • To carry out the request for public information
